Empowerment Programme (CIYEP)

supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait

Islander youth aged 12–25 to reconnect

with culture, education, employment, and

community life.

Edward Lampton - Program Manager

 Edward Lampton has served as Program Manager for over ten years, bringing more than two decades of experience across government and community sectors. Prior to his current role, Edward worked with the Department of Human Services for over ten years, travelling to remote communities to support IT systems within Human Services agent office

 Edward Lampton has served as Program Manager for over ten years, bringing more than two decades of experience across government and community sectors. Prior to his current role, Edward worked with the Department of Human Services for over ten years, travelling to remote communities to support IT systems within Human Services agent offices while assisting with customer enquiries. This experience strengthened his understanding of service delivery in regional and remote contexts and built the foundation for his people-first leadership approach.

Founded in 2005, Nintiringanyi Indigenous Corporation has been serving the youth of our community for over 15 years. We started as a small group of volunteers with a big dream, and over the years we have grown into a thriving organization that has helped thousands of young people achieve their goals.
